AmerTrin ensures that when engaging the services of external consultants, suppliers, or advisers, such individuals are made aware of the content of the organization’s Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy.
For the purposes of this policy, a bribe is defined as cash or gifts to an individual or family members, inflated commission, fake consultancy agreements, unauthorized rebates, and political or charitable donations.
AmerTrin makes certain that all our books, records, and accounts are kept in reasonable and accurate detail, such that they fairly reflect all transactions and depositions of assets. Our company follows all applicable Anti-Corruption standards, principles, laws, and business practices for accounting and financial reporting.
